Hey there,
Newbie posting so bare with me, i've just purchased a 56 plate Corsa SXI +, it's a 1.4 16V model. Here comes the snag though it's a 5 door and i want it to look hot but not over the top, a subtle body kit and some nice alloys etc, etc, etc ...
Anyone got any ideas and/or suggestions (apart from buy a 3 door lol).
As i said i don't want to be spending shed loads on this as it's a stop gap car untill i can save up for a VXR Corsa.
Cheers.

Don't buy a body kit IMO, just get a nice set of subtle 15's, lower it, tint the windows a little, and get a nice back box. Job done.

yeah that was the original plan, i saw the Reiger splitter kit which just adds a bit of beef to the body

I'm talking about over a years worth of stop gap lol, i'll get bored i know it and then the modding will start, i pick it up on Friday so i'll post some pics and then prob make a decision as to what to put on, i don't want to lower it too much anyway as i live in speed bump heaven so don't want to be scraping and scratching, what sort of ride height is advisable ??

40mm should improve the looks and handling and not be too impractical.
imo..
aftermarket grill
lower it
some nice wheels that are not too ott.
subtle backbox
maybe some irmy goodies

if you dont really plan on keeping it for ages, buy ICE, a nice headunit. Thats what I am mostly spending my money on, because it is interchangable between cars.
If you lower your corsa and spend loads of money on irmy stuff, its likely you will lose money on it to be honest.
Depends how long you are keeping it for. Just buy some meguiers and auto glym stuff, polish the hell out of it, give it some coats of wax, and it will look nicer than most normal corsas on the road then.
but all depends on how long it will take you to save.
