A few things really. Had my PS3 about a week, I have GTA 4 and GT5 prologue. How small is GT5 prologue!? Really disapointed. Im looking for a decent wheel though, I mean the physics are good and it has alot of potential. Does anyone have a steering wheel for the PS3? What does anyone recommend? Also just wondering what capabilities the internet holds as im not currently connected on my PS3, what advantages do I have of getting online? Thanks.

You could update prologue for a start, and play it online.
Although not my prefernce most games are all about online play now.

GT5 Prologue is small? Best of avoiding GT6 Prologue too just in case.

i'd imagine a Driving Force Pro (google it) will work on the ps3.
If not look for a G25 and see if that does.
'Driving Force Pro' wheel worked on Ps2 + GT4. Has wheel, pedals, 900 degree's of movement and force feedback.
Ask Chris_UK he'll know the best.

Well I near enough completed GT5 prologue in a day. You know on the older games all the sunday cup business you just want to get over with so you can move on to the better cars, well, tahts pretty much the whole game. No racing cars as such What does updating prologue do when im online?

Online is a good idea not just for the gaming but you will get game updates, new maps, models and textures.
The ps3 has system updates which will install different settings and updated fixes.
Can download free stuff from the PlaystationStore like trailers, backgrounds, themes and game demos.
P1 to ps2 was really just graphics but with the ps3 it will be wasted if your not online..
You surf the web also, if you wanted to you could install linux yellow dog and use the ps3 as a game console and a fast pc

GT5 Prologue wasn't the full game. They release a 'prologue' a few months before the full game, as they did with GT4. GT5 should be out soon, and will probably cost £50-£60, but be 10x the size of prologue.

i got bored one day and took the internet cable out the pc and stuck it straight in the ps3. downloaded a gran turismo demo for free. one track, 10-20 cars, and a drift mode! gt5 prologue is easy to finish all the race's but try getting all gold and save up the money for the F1 car. GTA4 game play is mad takes alot of hours to get to 100% i got it on gta3 and all i got was a t-shirt!

I've got a question about steering wheels
I have on in the garage but it's a PS2 one with a PS2 connector. Is there any way of getting this to work with the PS3?

You can get an adaptor from Game or wherever for PS2 controllers, dunno if the wheel would work with it though. £10

I dunno why there has been so much fuss made about GT5 'Prologue'!?
Its exactly the same scenario as GT4 Prologue which was a bag of shit to be fair and was just supposed to keep the full version in the public eye.
Basically it's a glorified demo.
My view is don't buy it, wait til the full game comes out or nip to your second hand gaming shop and buy it for all of a tenner coz thats all its worth.
I expect the full game to be amazing, my GT4 Prologue was about 10 quid, I played it for a day, waste of money.
Full games rule, Prologues are shit

You can change how it connects in the settings.

Is that no you cant or no you dont know? My friend managed to connect his xbox without a wireless connector by wiring it up to his mac, wondered if there was any way I could do the same.

You could technically connect it to a laptop that was connected to the internet with one of they mobile broadband things.
