i no most people on here have semi smooth/smooth boots, where can i get a popper that will work on this?

Just make sure you get a push not a pull solenoid

And they do both push and pull

just use an old c/l door motor with a solid bar attached to the catch on the lock mechanism

earth and live/power then test and work out where to bolt it in place

worked for me and when i had my alarm fitted he even used it for button for boot pop on remote
