hi, ive just fitted some ta techniks coilovers to my corsa b and tightened them all up had it all tracked and camber adjusted but they knock really bad when i turn the wheels, the bottom spring is fully compressed, could it be that, ive just been out and had a look and the strut top under the bonnet is turning like crazy inside the rubber sleeve as though its trying to free itself and im getting alsorts of banging noises coming from the front, i just used the existing top mounts off the old suspension, theres not much you can really get wrong if anyone can help please do, cheers, brad

i get a slightly knock on mine..
it's the driver's side top mount on mine, just too lazy to sort it 
may be something diff on yours though

its more than likely just the main spring rubbing round on the helper spring.
grease the top of the helper spring. did this on my polo and a mates cupra ibiza. sorted it out no probs.
use a molybdlenum(sp) based grease as it lasts a bit longer, or copper grease if you cant get any moly grease.
i just do this every time i have/need to take the wheel off or service it

the corsa topmounts are a shite design impo. i made some shallower cups that are a hamerer in fit out of ali. just stoped them bottoming out on the bearing bit before the bolt was tight
