The Saab turbo engine isn't much (if anything at all) heavier than the C20LET. As the later Saab units are GM and fit the RWD boxes, you can bung one in an Omega for lots of fun

You guys should read Practical Performance Car - their latest project is a Escort Mk 2 powered by a Saab 2.0 Turbo, which has the same bellhousing pattern as an Omega box, and apparently is very cheap for the parts!

engine cover doesnt do it any favours at all but if you look at the engine itself it looks very similar to vauxhall V6's. Aren't vaux and saab linked in some way so could be a very similar engine to say a X25XE

Wiring looks a bit sketchy too

Both owned by GM, its probably mostly the same from the inlet manifold down.

Engine is exactly the same as the omega V6s, bar the engine cover and afew bits surrounding it. So it's no different to any other Nova v6 really

As sed above there the same as the vauxhall v6, as there a gm engine, it the same as a saab turbo engine same as the c20let and the bellhousing patterns are the same.. Tbh this nova is ruff and looks like it would give anyone no end of problems.. Not worth buyin in my opinion. There isn't even an airfilter attached in front of the airflow meter.. A definate nail..

Newer Saab 2.0 turbo engines go for a hell of a lot less money than shonky old vauxhall engines too.
