i need to get my escort track car done for fordfair but one thing it needs is an mot as it runs out next week...

does anyone know any leanient mot places i could get it done? or any "back hander" places?

if someone know and dont want to post up just u2u me

well it is an escort mk4 1990 lol..

from what i know it will fail on is clear bulbs on clear indicator lenses so i will change them to amber ones, but its got chopped springs (only using them for the low stance and to get me to the show and back) but obviously it wont pass on them and i dont have any other springs to put in for the mot...

so basically just chopped springs..

also it might have abit of play in things here and there, but nothing major like cut and shunt etc...

Are they parallel springs? If so you will be fine.

Should be fine then.

I put my R5 through 2 MOT's with Cut parallel springs, and they passed no problem.

the springs can only fail if they aint seated correctly in the struts
