Had mine 2yrs with no red lights. Treat mine like shite too.
But, to answer you question, probably GAME. Although, they, alike anywhere will only honour their years guarantee. After that, it's back to Microsoft.

what do you think about asda? they are usually spot on with normal returns. not sure about electrical stuff tho.
i want to buy one tonight but i have no car at the minute and game is miles away. asda is walking distance.

Wouldn't know about asda tbh.
I doubt you'll have red light problems with a recently manufactured one anyway (queue someone with a cousin who's got a mate who's dads sister has)

Does the elite come with a charge-pack for the controller? If not, I'd deffo recommend one before wasting money on duracells.
