i know it sounds simple but im struggling .... how do i remove the window arm from the door?
cos im takin the door card off to get the new door arm on. and this is the only thing stoppin me to getting it fitted.
AND can anyone tell me how to fit a new handbrake cable?

Window arm?
Do you mean the window regulator? The metal bit the pushes the window up and down.
Mines rivited on although my old corsa wa just help on by a few bolts iirc

the thing that u turn to get the window to go up and down... ive pulled out it and it wont come off but me dads reckons theres a clip that keeps it in place but cant find one.

There is a little clip behind the window winder, there is a tool to remove it, but the driveway-bodgery way to do it is with a bit of rag behind the window winder and then slide the rag up and down.
What youre aiming to do is to catch the clip on the rag and ping it out of place. But be warned, it does ping out of place be careful not to lose it.
Then you can just pull the winder off.
