right my head warped so had new head fitted new head bolts head gasket thermostat new fan switch
got it back last nyt
it slugish in the first 2000 revs as if holding back some one said could be my egr valve

maybe the timing belt was not put on correctly eg the timing is out

chack the crank shaft pulley hasnt slipped on its keyway mate.Crankshaft pulley should have come off when the belt did.
