some people sell them them without the pump's..

also, if it's a late engine, the pump will need to be changed also

For what? an early pump?

Then you would need a twin v bottom pulley...and an early alternator.

If it is a late engine, you go with late pump surely?

Late Pump would be multi-rib belt though wouldn't it?

Not enough room for all that in the Corsa Bay?

This interests me too, as are putting PAS on the next Corsa XE...

can run the multi rib stuff, just about, but cant use the pas, as the engine mount bolt's to where the pas would go, and it's also has a tensioner there too

can see it just below the coolant hose in this pic

So the definative list is:

CORSA/TIGRA CONVERSION SET
TYPE B
INCLUDING RUBBER MOUNT Same as TYPE B
but includes a new standard rubber mount.
£99.99

POWER STEERING MOUNT 2.0
CONVERSION CORSA/TIGRA
Power Steering modification mount.
This mount is needed to retain power steering
when converting a Corsa B/Tigra A to a
2.0 XE LET RED TOP

Err have you got the mounting points for the drivers side mount?

I thought the type 2 kit was for cars that already have PAS or are 16v....

Never actually checked an 8v engine bay.

Get a 16v shell and you'll need the type 2 mount kit including two piece drivers side mount (this includes the rubber bit).

You'll need the PAS conversion bracket.

Then you just need to rape a Corsa of its PAS rack, pipes and reservoir.

You will need to use a 2.0 XE pump minus its bracket.

Easy!
