Hi all i have a sport and was wondering how to gwt a bit more power out of it cheapishly.....

I have a 4-1 manifold for an 8v engine do theese fit??

Throttle bodies/Inlet manifold.......where is worth buying 1 from

have a De cat an stainless Straight through Centre at the moment would manifold be of any gain??

also does anyone know were to get a show cage from and how much????

8v manifold wont fit.

Fit a inlet/powerbox.
About £130 off here.

Thats really the cheapest thing you can do.

Also Clutches and Flywheels Lightend and balanced or not bother???

4-1 manifold can be had for about £160ish.
Protech/Sportex do them.
