Got nearly everything sorted we need apart from the microwave its a shared ownership house and comes with white goods etc so thats a big saving for now

you would think so but not on the 2beds. basically it is clad in a material called trespa which is made from wood, plastic, metal etc so they class it as a eco home, also has some kind of eco hat thing to make heating cheaper but to me sounds like aload of bull as they are timber frame and no outer face brickwork they are very well insulated.
They have won an award for being a lowcost eco home, we only went for it as its new, got carpet, white goods and it gets us on the ladder i will add pics soon

yeah thats what we have done bought off plan and george wimmpy who are building our plot said to use they keep getting people ask them if they can have our plot over all the others due to our garden being bigger then the rest so we are glad we got in early.
Hope they still go ahead with the site you'r interested in mate what with the credit crunch

Eco homes are a good investment, they comand higher values now as people are becoming more eco friendly to the environment etc.
They are an absolute fucker to get through planning though and often cost the developers a lot more to construct than a standard house.
