Why do you think you'll need them?
Post up your spec for the people in the know

spec is just standard, mate suggested double springs as they help close valves quicker ? ! ? !
if standard/ single springs are fine then that will be fine
just need a rough price or maybe best place to get them from

single are about 85 new from vauxhall. dubs are about 150-180. contact jav on mig/vauxsport or can go through a tuner but may be at the higher end of that price bracket. a downside to dub springs is they will increase wear on the lifters. a standed spec xe dosnt really need them tbh

Mr Vsport on here can get you a price on them.
If your engine is standard then i'd think that double valve springs are a little over kill.

Am I right in saying that these should be used with lairy cams as it follows the cam a lot better than standard which can jump at high revs?

springs work on harmonics, with higher ramp rates (how fast the valve is opened and closed) and higher rpm the spring will work in a very different way and it can bounce out of contol. by using a double spring you can have a smaller lower poundage spring to cope with lower rates and rpm's and a higher poundage larger spring to control the valve at higher loads and rpm's.
