Anyone had a problem with swapping insurance and NCB over? flux sent me a letter saying i had 1year ncb when i have 2 year NCB so got to chase them, although at first i thought it may just be the way they phrased the letter saying at the start of that policy i had a years NCB.

Hope i can sort this out already lost 6months cos of the crapy bonus scheme
