Ok thought i would get stick in tonight with a little more strippage to the project. I aimed to:
1) Remove doors and drill spot welds which hold in door bars on the hinged part of the door as couldnt get to it when doors are on. Might aswel get the rest of the door bars and window guider out.
2) Remove aircon box from under the dash, and remove air-con.
3) Drain coolant water, remove the center console / heater matrix.
Came to do 1) and couldnt see how the 3 pins come out (2 hinge pins and 1 smaller pin in the "open sectioning mechanism". They all seem flared on the end and cane see if they will just knock through or not? I imagined there would be e-clips on them but cant see any???
I then completed 3) by cutting and shutting off the metal "water out" pipe from the back of the console aswel as the "water in" hose.
Came onto doing 2) i cant see how the bloody hell the big black air-con box comes out. Does it bolt in behind the engine from the engine bay?
So summing up:
1) How do you remove doors?
2) How do you remove air-con?

Doors..... - ..... Those pins that are holding the doors on, tap them upwards with a hammer and they shoule come out. Get a mate to hold the door up for you.
Air-con..... sorry, i don't have that one so i don't know. Just have a look in the engine bay to see if there is any bolts that may be holding the air-con unit to the bulk head.
