my cat pipe is rusted onto my centre section and that in turn is rusted to my back box.
whats the best way to remove them so i can reuse them?

backbox i used a hack saw to cut through enough to kind of get some movement going on the backbox.
edit: ah you want to reuse... no use then lol

heat the joint up, get a peice of wood and a lump hammer and twat them apart
