not sure if anyone heres ever done it...but...
theres a little black locktab which holds the lcd screen ribbon down.
its gone missing??.
any idea where i can get a new one?.
can i just wedge it with a piece of card?
done know where it is... i opened it up (fault was screen not working) took the board out, flipped out the screen, and the ribbon was just flapping about in the slot??.
any ideas appreciated

the same happened on my ipod video a couple of weeks back.I managed to get the ribbon cable seated in the connector pins then used a bit of insulation tape to hold it fast.been fine ever since!
