ive got spyware some how, and its slowing my pc down, i need a program thats o, avg found the threats got rid of them, but im still getting pop-ups and people post pictures are fucked aswell, comingup like i need a spyware. grr.
any help greatly appreciated

I tried what people recommended on here, search & destroy was it? It was shite and didn't work.
Only thing that totally cleared the machine up was AVG, and it's totally free.

ive got AVG, it found tem and put them in the 'vault' but im still getting pop upsand stuff.

No single one is good on it's own. It's better to have a few running. I have AVG, Spybot, Adaware and Windows Defender.
I'm also running a firewall, Comodo and havn't had a single virus/spyware issue in the last 6 years.
One of the best things is also setting your temporary internet files to be deleted when you close IE. This clear most of the shite that likes to hide there. In Advanced Internet Options tab.
