Author idle problem sometimes fast or lumpy

My car is running really poo when on idle it either runs lumpy or fast.
I've got somesort of cams in unkown....
also a manztel inlet
car has not been mapped so could this be the problem.
the car also drives with a flat stop and chugs then power kicks in.
