Sticking valves does happen but its a bit unusual, also it would only cause the misfire like the engine had to start with, it wouldnt stop it firing up all together. can you start the car if you give it some throttle?

no it won't start even when i put my foot me on the throttle it gives a loud bang from the exhaust it sounds like theres unburnt fuel there someone said it could be the DIS i don't know

Ok then first thing is to get a compression test done, testers arent expensive and you can do it yourself. That will tell you if there is any mechanical dammage or if it is someting electrical like the DIS pack

my car 14xe did this not to long ago, just keep turning it over should eventualy fire up.... Easy way to check spark is to put plug in lead and put it on the block see if it sparks on each cylinder then you can rule out coil pack..
