Not really all that cheap when you consider it isnt real carbon fibre, thats like saying 'got me this fake gold bracelet today, was only 300 quid but you have to admit it looks pretty good'

There are various versions of carbon fibre look. You can find cheaper ones in which the parts are not primered and not lacquered so there is no mirror finish at all and the surfaces are porous. And the procedure to make the parts look like the heater panel above takes time, materials and detailed workmanship. You get what you pay for...

Dimos is a LEGEND!!!

All his parts are amazing, and the bits I have for sale are selling rather well at the moment, so obviously alot of people don't mind putting their hands in their pockets when they see quality!

People think ahhhh cheap fake carbon vinyl, but put Dimos' parts next to someone that has used 3M carbon look film and tell me his are not FAR FAR FAR superior in every way!

I think i spent over £1500 with Dimos, and don't regret spending a penny!

I don't understand why you'd even want fake carbon. The whole point of carbon is for it to be lighter and stronger than plastic. It's like dating a lady-boy...

how much would a heater panel, knobs, air vents, clock facia, mfd facia weigh... under a kg for sure

its not about saving weight its about the look.. if you were more conserned about saving weight it wouldnt have a dash and would have a set of stack dials and a stearing wheel that be it...

its about the look you get.. and they look awsum. if fast car and total vaux aprove i think its good enough for mear mortals..
