I was wondering what software you use and how do you upload it.
I build a site in Visual studio works fine locally upload it and errors.

What errors? I either use a setup project or publish it using visual studio.

its the web config that's the problem, but publishing it makes sense.

Yeh publishing compiles all the code-behind into DLLs so you are only left with the aspx files and some DLLs rather than a load of vb/designer files.

I tried to publish it but it will not load to the ftp site even though it works using an ftp client any ideas?
