can you use normal carpet shampoo on the OE door cards and roofliner and carpet etc? does it give decent results? will i have to remove all the carpets etc?

Don't see why not.

I would only remove it if you have trouble getting to it. Try it in place first.

yea i used the vax in mines the other day, made a huge diffrence, didnt even realise it was so bad lol
