Say that i were to do a boot build where i could not get to the spare wheel.... if this a nickable offence or an m.o.t fail ??? tah

nah its not a nickable offence or mot failure because there are cars out there eg golf r32 that dont have spare wheels
they have tyre seal and an inflater to inflate the tyre

You dont have to have a spare for MOT and you cant get in trouble for not having one.
