hello there can any one help find the fault code 116 for a vreg vectra 2.0 16v ls just keeps bringing up turbo models on google

Thats all I find boost pressure, you sure its 116.

If its P0116 your after then its Engine coolant temperature sensor - range/performance problem.
Suspect sensor to be at fault, caryout resistance check between the 2 terminals, common as aresholes on these. Hope this helps.

The code P0116 looks like a obd2 code and the car is to old for obd2.
