Well basically, when I had my cat-back done last night my mate said to me when did you last have it serviced or how many miles have you done since the last one...
Little did I realise I had done 15k on it since the last service and I am now a tad worried as to the size of the list of what needs to be done 
The car is on 95,550 miles at the moment and was last serviced (cambelt and oil/oil filter changed at about 80k)
Any help much appreciated thanks

Just change the oil and filter, air filter and fuel filter.
Also, if you have air con, replace the cabin filter, under the scuttle pannel on the passenger side

Isn't that 'Pollen' filter, weather it has aircon or not?

Well I had a brief look at my haynes manual last night and  I just went to bed thinking there's gonna be a huge hole burning in my pocket in a couple of weeks

Generally, what pow said is all that'd done in a service i.e. what has to be done.
Anything else that gets done in a service is 'cause they're worn out i.e. brake pads, discs, battery, plugs etc.
When I put my car in for a service, he does all the oil and filter changes then checks the car over, tightens things up etc then advises on other parts which need replacing.
According to the handbook, in a service, things like seat belts etc should be checked

So I'm not looking at anything to expensive then? The guy who will work on the car won't charge for any labour so just parts

When ever my car is serviced, parts cost hardly anything. It's the labour which bumps it up

So I need to change:
Oil
Oil Filter
Air Filter (just needs a clean I have a piperx)
Fuel Filter
Pollen Filter
Spark Plugs
Leads
... And just a general check?

Yeah. Brake pads will possibly need doing.
Check rear brake shoes.
Check brake fluid.
Try and work out when the coolant was changed

You cannot break anything on a service. Its one bolt and plastic clips.

you should try doing it yourself mate, there is nothing to break, and you will feel all manly that you done the job yourself and got oil all over your hands. Cost me £29 to service my girlfriends tigra yesterday and took less than an hour.although i forgot to buy a new air filter .
How much discount do people get with the halfrauds trade card? would it usually work out cheaper than £30 for oil,filter and spark plugs?

This is what BMW attend to on the three set service intervals:
Oil Service
Drain engine oil and replace oil filter and sump plug washer
Check P.A.S system for leaks
Check all ancillary drive belts for condition and correct tension
Check all connections and lines on braking system for leaks, damage and correct position
Check brake pads and discs
Complete tyre check
Check and adjust screen washer jets
Check fluid level and concentration of screen wash reservoir, including intensive
Check brake fluid level
Refill engine oil
Check coolant level and concentration
Check ALL exterior lights
Check condition, operation of seat belts
Check ALL instrument and control lighting and ALL other interior courtesy lighting
Inspection I
Drain engine oil and replace oil filter and sump plug washer
Check all transmission for leaks
Check P.A.S system for leaks, tightness and fluid level
Check all connections and lines on braking system for leaks, damage and correct positioning

My Sister services her own car ,its that easy.
Best to buy a new sump plug to imo, theyre a few quid from vauxhall.

Why bother with plugs and leads if the car is running fine and not mis-firing then they are fine, save yourself the money.
Do the oil and filters.
