Ive been looking for a new pipe for the oil cooler on my corsa turbo for a while now but every one i have found seems to be rather steep, i was about to go straight to Vauxhall and pay the £110 they wanted but browsed ebay and spotted this:
Ebay Oil Cooler Kit

Its for around the same money but is an entire kit compared to just a pipe, now Im aware of cheap nasty ebay gear but not sure if this was perhaps a good buy or not?

Or if there was another kit for no more than £150 out there that would be better for the money?

Cheers

Not really required on a corsa to be honest, just keep synthetic oil in there and it will be fine

Oil temp on mine never goes above 100C even on long fast runs on the motorway, this is well within the capability of a good quality synthetic 5W40 oil.

If you want to use cheaper oil or tow caravans or are doing track days then Id recommend one

Just curious as to why you see it as a must? The oil thermostat doesnt open until about 90 degrees anyway doesn it? how hot did the oil get in your XE Tom?
