hey, 1st of the low down,
my car wasnt idleing very well so i took it to a garage for a diognostic and it came back with the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve staying open causing it to bog when idleing.
my question is because i dont have to money atm to sort it, will it be ok to run the car with the plug at the back of the valve un plugged. coz ino all it does is send exhaust gas back thru the engine at higher rpm to reduce Co2 emissions. so will it be fine to run with it unplugged, coz when it is it runs fine.
sorry for the essay.
cheers

I think you have to make sure the valve is closed 1st.

trouble is mate, i dont think its that thats broke, coz it looks pretty new and looks like its been replaced not long ago, so could be any other sensor or the ecu.
