I used the wire from the wiper but ran a 12v live from the fuse box with a button to release the boot hidden in the cig lighter hole!
I could have used the wiper wiring but wanted to run my own 12v live instead of cutting into the loom for the wiper!

I used 1 from ebay like that and wired it to my rear wiper works fine
