Those definitely aren't Samco hoses, but they are silicone hoses.

What have they been used for? what fluids have they been carrying? And whats the black on the inside of the pink hoses?

I think you also need to give dimensions, like bore and length, to be able to make a sale at all tbh.

they definitely shouldn't have oil going through them though, unless they have a protective liner anyway.

Oil is extremely detrimental to silicone, and discolours it very easily. It also damages the silicone, causing it to be weakened and much thinner, eventually wearing through it in the form of holes, kind of like rust with steel.
