i dont know, but everyone uses tape to hold them on while they stick bud. its a good product and is used for bodyshop repairs

Tiger seal does the job fine best off leaving it 24 hours to set though But it does go solid

I tiger sealed mine and a few hours later they were not coming off! Will probably take longer to set now though as its colder.
