if you had waited til friday i woulda refunded you in full no quibble's about that but i honestly have posted the vent's out and don't know wtf's going on :S and as for opening a dispute i would like you to post the vent's back to me when they do arrive and you will be paying the postage both ways!! just for being a twat!

you can jog on pal the vents never turned up on monday like you said and i u2u you last night asking where they are and all you puy was they was sent so there was no chasing them up or nothing so you expected me to chase them up or forget about the money well its your job to do that pal and yes once the vents are recieved IF THEN I WILL POST THEM BACK BUT NOT AT MY COST its your error not mine
