they knock very slightly when driving, done this since i bought them 2nd hand, but i took them off the other week and they have no rebound...

would this cause it to knock? can you refill them?

The knocking noise is usualy made by the rear bushes wearing down and leaving a gap, otherwise it may be the piston inside the damper wearing down

And as far as i know, spax rears are not re buildable

my spax rear never had rebound and they was brand new..

i remember a thread about the knocking, sure it was something to do with the dust sheild, but cant remember if that was it..

need to do mine too as they knock
