Ive posted on the skyline forums but this is much busier so I thought it was worth a long shot! Basically, any idea how to go about changing a clutch on an R33 GTS-T? I read one thread which said its a bitch of ajob, and another which said its one of the easiest jobs to do. Not sure if I should considering doing it at home with my flatmate, or just wait till it can go to the garage on tuesday

My flatmate is a mechanic so I wouldnt be doing it alone, but its the car being in pieces for far too long that im worried about. One guy said its a 1hr job once you know what you're doing, so if it really is that simple I cant see it being a problem getting it done in a weekend? I just dont know who to believe!

ive seen a 200sx been done at my work and that was about an hour, guessing the layout isnt that diffent, he didnt remove the box from the car just moved it back enuff to get to the clutch, will be hard if you got no ramp tho

i work for renault and on the same site is a nissan and on the modern nissan 4x4's i dont think its that hard at the gearbox isnt very cramped . If your friend is a mechanic then i cnt see it being a promblem
