On ITV it says 'For help quitting, press Red' so I press red and nothing happens but i cant get rid of the message, anyone else got this?

It'd be down to your Freeview box, so we need to know that really. I suggest powering off the box from the mains and trying again.

Its inbuilt to my LG telly, 32LC56 I think it is
edit - yea i think its smoking, it doesnt actually say and obviously i cant investigate further. I dont really do anything I should quit, smoking drinking are the obvious ones but i do neither
