hi guys i am looking at geting a corsa gsi 1.6 16v not to sure what the engine code is, it has uprated cams, what other mods should i do?

also the car doesnt idle at all! may ideas?

is the gsi engine code not?c16xe? i know my sport is x16xe if thats helps

early gsi's were c16xe and late gsi's were x16xe

idle control valve for idling, airleaks, tps?

have you got an afm or maf sensor?

what cams have been fitted? id suggest inlet, stock airbox(dont use a wank filter there crap lol. stock exhasut on the c16xe i found was alot better than the 4-1 ashley manifold/system and i had a fairly tuned c16xe!

lightened flyweel and decent clutch, arp rod bolts and a decent chip
