Well my steinmetz splitter came today. Steinmetz direct said it's the last one in the country & germany . Still can't decide if i'm going to put it on my car or keep the gsi bumper .

Put it in a glass cupboard and sell it in a few years for a fortune

You've bought this now so put it on tbh, but be careful with it

Karisma_corsa i would assume so because "it's the last one" & when i asked about the steinmetz skirts they said they don't exsist anymore.

Daveskater i might just store it unless i get a good offer.

My god never heard that before

I remember when Speedlines were supposed to be "last few sets remaining"

5 years later they are still selling like hotcakes.

Steinmetz is quite rare, most stuff is an acquired taste also. Their sister company is AC Schnitzer!

Very, because they were £250, made by Remus (So mild steel), and you could buy the CAT back system from REmus with twin ovals for about the same price (also only retains standard exhaust bore).

But yes, it looked lovley.

Luke, don't be a fanny, GSI is so commen and done to death by too many 1.2/1.4 owners.

Put the steiny lower lip on, put stieny skirts on, leave the rear standard.

Alloys
suspension
big brakes
big engine
strip and tidy

leave it be.

This dude bought the whole Steiny package from Vauxhall (bar rear bumper). Very expensive, and not seen another one since.

Notice the styling, this was 2001 WE're in 2008 and its made a comeback.

Damio i am thinking about ditching the gsi bumper, But i want to smooth the splitter into the bumper & that means i have to smooth the rear bumper. It's getting a re-paint soon anyways so might go for it. Also the styling back in 2001 would still cut it today .
