I've got coil overs on my B and I HATE them.. The car sits far to low and the ride is really harsh.. I'm looking for a -30 or -40mm standard strut setup.

These are the coil overs I've got:

They have seen about 150 miles of use.


If anyone wants to do a trade (depending on condition) please contact me.

They are standard weight springs with helper springs, although I'm running without the helper springs as I've got them wound up as high as they go.

standard for what engine?

Standard for a 16v, there is only about a 10kg weight difference between the 8v anyway.

The helper springs are softer springs at the bottom, so when you lower them fully (-100mm) the springs are still seated.

I should make it clear, if someone wants them they would either have to be local so I can swap the suspension between cars or be able to post their suspension and trust me to send mine a couple of days later as I dont have any standard struts to fit to the car.

Right ive bought some Bilstein -40 shocks and springs.. So the coil overs will be coming off the car and going up forsale with postage.
