Been setting up a CCTV camera system with a DVR (COPSECURITY 15-ZT16) and at the back are 4 x RCA connectors for 4 Audio IN channels for microphones. Ive always thought that RCA audio in connectors were 2 plugs (red&white) and all the rca cables I can find have 2 plugs on them aswell. Anyone know how the audio connectors on something like this work? Ive tried plugging 1 of the plugs in but nothing works, thats using a microphone and a 3.5mm to rca convertor.

the red and white rca plugs are for left and right stereo (white left, red right) so as its only got a white plug its only a mono input. (left only)
