The front bumper on my cupra has at some point been damaged and repaired , but not to a great standard. The paint is flaking off in some parts and one area in particular is pretty thick with filler !
Im just wondering the best way to strip the bumper of the old stuff as it would take an age to sand !

You can buy a new bumper from Seat for about £120. Real cheap

you should get a new bumper then repair the old bumper prime it up and flog it on ebay as a repaired bumper so you will get some money back, also you'll have a decent bumper tht will last the life of the car
