Most calipers will fit, they just need a custom bracket made up.
Brembo 4 pots off the coupe, well the discs fit, so again, the calipers should do, with appropriate brackets.

Are the discs a straight swap? Any idea of diameter as well?

95/96 used 284mm x 22mm discs.
96/00 used 305mm x 28mm discs.
Both four stud. iirc the PCD on these is 4x98 so the holes need opening out a little.

I know the above says they need opening a little, but ours didn't (Black Diamond to fit coupe turbo) need modifying at all, just used the plastic spriggot ring and they sat in fine behined the wheels.
Overall, it may be cheaper, and give better braking, to get some dedicated pre fit 4pot calipers.

Any motor engineers will be able to make up brackets for you.
And also ive had 2 Vauxhalls with fiat coupe 288s fitted and they didnt need the holes opening up.Its a tad fidgety when fitting the wheels but is easy once u get the hang of it.

The whole car would be the easiest and quickest option as they will be able to get wheel clearances etc sorted.

Oh and ive seen cars with calliper brackets and theyr not as technical as youd think.Itl prob just be thick metal bar with a couple of holes in it to line the calipers up.
