i have a gsi and the bit that connects to the manifold wont fit because the radiator is in the way. so will it be easyer just to block it of ?

Are you talking about the hot air feed, the tube that just basically points at the manifold and goes into the airbox?

looks like he is fitting a janspeed 4-2-1 and wants to bin the sai, this can be blanked of if required.

Some guys on here when fitting a janspeed remove the sai and make a small plate with gasket use the original sai threaded hole to blank the exposed hole or you can fit the janspeed and replace the sai, sure someone will be along soon to post some pics. the car will run ok without the sai.

I think a member called will94 does them or just make one up, bit of metal cut to size with some gasket on the back. http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=463351
