my estate is covered in sheet ice!
almost like glass! sliding on every corner at 5mph or less!
heard of alot of people who have crashed! Glad ive still got steelies on!
anyone else crashed? or anyone have hints of what to do on the ice in corsas? lol

I love ice MY estate has cleared up a bit though.
I need to go up into the countryside to find snow/ice.

love ice and snow just a bit dangerous got a dint in my boot now! from slipping on ice gettign a new boot next month so all good great fun in big car parks just gota be careful

im not bothered about snow lol its just when the ice is solid and u could skate on it!
i got out my car after college and slipped on the road, my car was fine slid a little but i slipped more than the car!
ive been pulling off in secong gear and tryin to keep it in that for the duration of getting out my estate but theres just no chance of keeping grip

Why dont you pull off on the biting point in 1st gear? You wont lose traction then

mrs came home from work earlier and said as she was leaving work, some ned sped of in the car park to impress the local after school club and slid straight into a lamp post

Why dont you pull off on the biting point in 1st gear? You wont lose traction then
easier on some cars just to pull away in 2nd.
mine doesn't like 1st that much in the wet/ice, takes ages if i want to not wheelspin

I've been out delivery driving tonight. It's greasy in some places and ice in others. I've just been a twat and booting it in 2nd, spinning up and bouncing off the rev limit and makeing people jump

was doing that earlier steve, sound of boost + 5 cylinder engine + exhaust popping + wheelspin is funny wasn't really icy though, so easy to control.
