For people around West Oxfordshire (mainly Witney and the surrounding area), I had an idea that maybe when that shopping centre was finished, if enough people were interested, we could meet at the multi-storey?

I know a couple of chaps are round here, but don't know exactly how many, so there's my thought anyway.

I dunno mate I was just gauging interest really. I think it's set to open in April so some time after then I suppose. I haven't been down the road recently so haven't seen the latest progress, but the whole road was closed off until recently so they've probably been doing big stuff.
