want to know what would i need to do this conversion incase my engine goes? is it plug and play or i would need the loom, ecu ?

Not sure on the wiring. 8v is shockingly slow

lol i cant get car that is slower than 12v.. or i'll fall asleep... foot goes numb before i get the chance to go into highier gear.. and its not economical.. 37 mpg

If you are going from a late B (or Corsa C) 1.0 12v to a late 1.2 16v both will have the Motronic 1.5.5 management and its literally a case of swaping over the engine + loom and then swaping out the ECU's, ignition barrel transponders and key chips.

i have got an r reg 12v corsa.. so if i need to replace engine, the only engine i can put in without chaning loom/ecu is post 97 12v?
