my suggestion is to uninstall and install something decent like Nod32.
I would suggest AVG, but I hate the new version.
AVG 7.5 used to everything all the other programs wasnt, and now its just bloatware.

McAffee is almost as bad as Norton.
I used to use AVG 7.5 but don't want to use the stupid new 8.0 so have changed to Avast and it seems to do the job for me.
Nod32 also rates very well.
