Mine started out fucking excellent. Was my 18th in Jan, great night. Feb I went to Spain with a mate of mine and had the best week of my life. Got a new car in the summer and also passed my plumbing course at college. Broke up with long term gf and got myself a new lady. Rapidly gone downhill since summer though, had loads of trouble and so on..So I guess it weighs up to be not a bad year but could have been better 
Anybody else have an interesting year with lotsa changes?

I've had a good year  Met a great girl, sold a few cars' til I was really happy, got a decent job, and have my health So all in all, good year!

9 days into the new year I had 2 car crashes, It generally set the tone for the next 12 months

Went past proper quick. Been a great year though. New car, new bike, lots of new toys. Enjoying spending my money lots. Hopefully next year I can learn to save a bit now I have all the things I want.

Hit and miss for me. Career wise it has been good possibly better if my interview goes well on Monday, compared to he start of the year where I was working voluntary and working in a bar for money. Still with the same girl, shes hit and miss too, set of kranks females are.

ace.. and things are looking up already for next year
this years highlights included
Holiday in Florida with my girlfriend for 2 weeks
Becoming an Uncle for the first time !!
Job security.. not having to worry about dosh
many dirty weekends away with the mrs
dunno.. loads really has been great

My Nan and Grandad died, my uncle died and worse of all my Dad got diagnosed with cancer. So it's been a pretty bad year.
However, i'm making the most of the good times. Done my MCITP this year and CSSA after getting my degree in 2007.
Lets bring on 2009 and hope it's a better year for all.

Not been too bad overall had some really low points,
Lost my job, but decided to go to college instead, so not too bad.
A good friend was killed in a car crash but have met a lot of new people and a lot of new friends from that.
but but got a great girlfriend (sounds cheesy I know).
Also got fucked over by two lying witnesses which has landed me with a criminal record I dont deserve making it harder to get jobs etc.

Wasn't too bad, started a new job in January so thats improved things a little on the financial side, but lost most of my social life lol. Car cost me a fortune in repairs after cracking a big end bearing and alternator going last week but life goes on. remained single for the year however

had its bad times, but overall i have loved it  done quite a few things that i have wanted to do.
and 2009 providing nothing bad happens and i get to do all that i have planned it should be absolutely AMAZING!

well it was going great guns till yesterday. had a really good year settling in living on my own. surviving with 2 jobs and still managing to play rugby and go out on the lash
but playing rugby yday i torn my ankle ligaments, im on crutches and cant estimate when ill be back on my feet. it takes as long as it takes. bloody NHS
ah well, i get a lazy xmas and new year at home
