just bought some 14cm FLI speakers how do i go about fitting them?? straight drop in or what?? also how do i get to them??

The door pocket with the speaker grille in it comes away with 3 or 4 screws iirc, then 4 small screws hold the speaker in the pod.
Undo the 4 little screws, take off the spade connectors from the speakers (one larger than the other) and do the exact reverse to fit the new ones. Easy as, all you really need is a star screwdriver.

I'm not entirely sure, 13cm might be the standard size. You might need adaptors.
May as well trial fit them anyway, takes no time at all.

You'd need adapters ideally mate but you may be able to bodge them in....

yer i took a look before and there not fitting in the hole in the door is to small!! what shall i doo bodge cut and just put them in or get an adapter but from where??
