I don't go in my boot everyday, but i went in it last night to find everything damp like there's a leak 
It does have non-standard rear lights was just wondering if it could be leaking from round them?? (I've heard some don't come with seals)
I bought the car with them fitted and haven't had a proper look yet.
Is this a common place to leak from?

Yes could possibly be from the lights, id check them first.

My MHW's came with seals which were like sponge.
I found that I often got a little bit of water in my boot when washing the car so I would definetaly check them first

Have you got a sunroof? Have you checked the sunroof drain pipe is connected to the rubber grommt so water runs out of the car?
Is there a crack in the boot seal?
There just a few more simple ideas to check.
