How is it you remove the old ones?? and do I need to stick my clear ones on or do they just clip in??

you pop the old one out with something twist the side rep when holding on to the wire making sure it doesnt fall through the hole in the wing when you take it off, change the bulb if you have them then put the new one on and twist it and clip it in the wing and repeat for others

So something like a screwdriver with something softer on the end?

A credit card or similar works, it's what I used. On one side there's a clip with a bit that sticks up, you basically stick the card under the repeater and push the sticky up bit, then it will come out.

Once it's out, it all literally twists apart really easily.
